It simply helps stopping yourself being distracted.
This plugin perfectly suits our need as it allows you to block specific URL including specific character string, also possible to block such sites for a while, ie you can block Facebook upto lunch time.
It's also possible to set a customized message when you tries to enter the site within the blocking time period.
